She was confirmed yesterday. It is ridiculous the way the GOP opposes anything this president does. They would oppose Thomas Jefferson if Obama had nominated him. I only wish it were possible to get rid of some of the ones on there like Clarence Thomas, who doesn't do or say anything other than to cast a vote. But I guess that is one of the reasons a Supreme Court nominee is so important: it is a lifetime job.
